Participant Age - Students 3rd-8th grades

Meals Included - Yes! Lunch, and an afternoon snack are included. Breakfast is optional.

What should I expect from my child?
Expect great things.

 

During the short time that your child will spend at Bridges Camp, he or she will develop skills, build character, and explore new ideas. We will build on concepts that were introduced during the school year to prepare your child for the next year. We will encurage your child to be kind to others while assuring him our her of their place in the community around them. Your child will build self-confidence and be motivated to achieve success.

More About Bridges

Bridges Camp was developed with the goal of enriching the whole life of a child. The weekly units will captivate students with the unique classroom experience and teaching styles that allow them to guide their educational experience.

 

The program aims to educate students in key areas like Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Math, test-taking strategies, nutrition, budgeting and goal setting. Bridges will motivate students to apply newfound knowledge outside of the classroom and make choices that will lead to success.

Child Safety

 

Your child's safety is very important to us. To better enusre your child's safety all counselors and staff members must pass a criminal background and drug test.

 

  • Small class sizes allow for better monitoring and classroom management.
     

  • At the end of the day students will only be released to authorized guardians.
     

  • While on field trips students will wear identifying
    t-shirts and be accompanied by a chaperone at all times.

Our team consists of dedicated staff and volunteers who will help facilitate effective learning experiences for students.

Certified and experienced teachers will monitor and manage the camp experience to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

 

Counselors

High School and College Honor students will build rapport and serve as role models for your child.
